From Mattress Recycling to Wasteroo!
Born out of mattress recycling (originally Pick My Old Bed) Wasteroo has rapidly expanded into a comprehensive locally focussed rubbish removal service, registered with the Environment Agency (Reg. No. CBDU419909) since 2022.
Servicing domestic as well as commercial customers where additional to waste transfer notes, images of collection through to final destination recycling centres are sent to you via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
As well as recycling we’re also supportive of charities and social enterprises that share our passion for recycling and improving employment prospects for people with disadvantageous opportunities.
We’ve partnered with The Woodland Trust, Environmental Protection UK and Clean Sheet, that work hard to protect Britain’s woodlands as well as aiding employees’ career prospects respectively.

We’re locally-focussed, servicing primarily Solihull & Birmingham but can quote for collections throughout the West Midlands ensuring:

We have a list of many bulky items such as sofas, beds & wardrobes etc. These can’t be booked in as part of the Rubbish Removal service which aims to facilitate more general rubbish.
-For permeable items that can potentially get wet (carpets / mattresses etc): need to be plastic wrapped.
-For non permeable items (fridges / leather sofas etc) no need to plastic wrap.
-Our Premium Service (added during booking) requires no need to plastic wrap.
-For all the above scenarios there’s no need to be home: we’ll send a completion message as well as a waste transfer note by email.
Yes, for certain items we offer a Dismantling Service that can be added during booking.
